Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 20, 2026

You can request deletion of Instagram-related data controlled by Insight Instagram Integration. You may also revoke the Integration's access to your Instagram account.

Request deletion

1. Send an email to vl_ktk@icloud.com with the subject Insight Instagram Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your Instagram username and specify that you want your Integration-related information deleted. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or access tokens.
3. We may ask you to verify that you control the connected Instagram account before acting on the request.
4. We will review the request and delete or de-identify data under our control where applicable, subject to legal and security obligations, and will respond to your request.

Stop future access

Where available, go to your Instagram or Meta settings for connected apps and remove access for Insight. You may also disconnect the Integration in any client, such as ChatGPT, that you used to connect to it. Removing access stops further authorized API calls but may not automatically erase information already handled by other providers.

Other providers

For data stored separately by Instagram/Meta, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or any other service, please use that provider's privacy and deletion controls. Insight cannot delete information from unrelated third-party accounts.
